Harvia Infrabox IRB-S is a digital control unit designed for controlling infrared radiators and infrared heating panels. The set consists of a separate compact control panel and power unit, allowing the control panel to be conveniently integrated into the selected installation location.
The control unit allows the operating time, infrared heating and lighting or fan to be controlled. Infrared heating intensity can be adjusted in five levels, depending on the connected equipment and selected operating mode.
The infrared heating output can switch a load of up to 3.5 kW. When dimming is used, the maximum permitted load depends on the selected control method: up to 1.3 kW or up to 350 W. The unit also provides control and dimming of lighting up to 100 W.
The standard heating time limit is 6 hours and can be configured to 12 or 24 hours. The unit also features a remote start or enable input.
When infrared heating panels are used, a compatible panel temperature sensor is required. If the connected infrared radiator or heating panel does not have integrated overtemperature protection, an additional safety temperature limiter must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Electrical installation and system configuration must be carried out by a qualified professional in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions.
