Harvia infrared heating plates are designed for installation in infrared and sauna cabins. They emit long-wave infrared radiation and can be used as part of an infrared heating system or combined with full-spectrum infrared radiators.
Four power and size options are available, ranging from the compact 100 W model intended for the calf area to the 515 W heating plate. Depending on the installation, the plates may be mounted vertically or horizontally.
The heating plates feature an integrated 100 °C safety temperature limiter and an IPX4 protection rating. According to the manufacturer, they must be operated with a compatible control unit providing temperature regulation and operating-time limitation. A suitable foil temperature sensor is also required.
Compatible infrared control units specified by the manufacturer include INFRA-M, INFRA-D, PRO-D Infra, Infrabox, Infrabox Basic, Wave.com4 Infra, IS1 and Xenio Infra. Compatible sauna control units equipped with an additional infrared output may also be used.
Each heating plate is supplied with a power lead and plug. The control unit and required temperature sensor are selected separately.
