Shower buckets or a cold shower after a sauna.
The shower bucket is fixed in the sauna shower room or outside. Connects to the water supply via a flexible plumbing hose. When filled with water, the bucket fills automatically. Shower buckets can be with plastic, stainless steel liner or without liner. We always recommend shower buckets with liners as they are easier to maintain and last longer.
It's a great device for a quick refresher after a hot sauna. A sudden avalanche of cold water will give real refreshment to the body.
We offer shower buckets from 10 to 50 liters.
Buckets are made of oak, linden, black alder wood or stainless steel.
Dousing tubs – for true lovers of temperature contrasts
Dousing tubs are an integral part of the sauna ritual for those who particularly appreciate contrasting procedures and their benefits. By suddenly dousing yourself with cold water after the sauna, you awaken your body and gain more energy and alertness. This sauna procedure stimulates the body's natural adaptation mechanisms, leaving you feeling light and pleasantly toned.
Regular use of a dousing tub as a contrast treatment helps reduce inflammation and muscle fatigue and speeds up recovery after an active day.
A convenient and durable solution for your sauna space
Dousing tubs are a truly practical solution for both indoor and outdoor saunas at any time of the year. Those who do not like more extreme options, such as rolling in the snow or bathing in an ice hole in winter, will certainly get the same benefits by dousing themselves with cold water from a tub.
High-quality materials and a well-thought-out design ensure a long service life and reliable everyday use. Small and functional, the dousing tub is perfect for both private saunas and public spas or relaxation areas.
The water bucket is easy to maintain and guaranteed to last a long time.
The maintenance of the water bucket depends on the type of bucket you have chosen. If it is a traditional wooden bucket, then it will need to be cared for in the same way as all other wooden sauna products that come into contact with moisture. It is very important to dry such a bucket before the next use, and to protect the wood, impregnate it both inside and outside with specially designed products.
Some modern dousing buckets have a plastic insert inside or are made of 100% stainless steel, which makes caring for the bucket several times easier. The latter types of hot tubs only need to be rinsed with clean water and dried after the sauna procedures, while those with plastic inserts must be dried before the next use.
At Esaunashop, you will find pouring buckets made of various materials and designs that can be easily adapted to spaces of different styles and sizes. It is also worth mentioning that this procedure goes well with bathing in a tub, a hydromassage pool, or simply as part of your daily washing ritual, awakening you for a new day or relaxing your body after strenuous physical activity.
