Harvia P-ISX-FF is a temperature sensor supplied with a 3 m cable, designed for use in compatible infrared systems with IR heating plates. Harvia officially specifies the product as a “foil sensor” and classifies it as an additional system accessory.
The sensor is used to monitor the temperature of an IR heating plate when it is connected to a compatible control unit's additional output. For example, according to the Harvia Pro D2i and Pro D3i instructions, the P-ISX-FF foil sensor must be used when one or more infrared heating plates are connected to the additional output. The foil sensor function must also be activated in the control unit's technician menu.
The P-ISX-FF is also specified as an optional accessory for the Harvia C105VKK and other compatible Harvia control systems. Installation must be carried out according to the instructions for the IR heating plate and the connected control equipment.
