The heater is intended for large saunas, the size of which is 16 - 24 m3.
The STOVEMAN 24 HEAVY sauna heater has an improved ventilation system with 3 air flow channels on the outer walls of the heating unit! The ventilation pipes receive air from the bottom of the heater, the air rises as it heats up and exits through the upper stones.
A heat exchanger can be connected to the heater for making hot water.
Materials:
- The heater body is made of 8 mm thick steel sheets.
- The fuel is made of 5 mm thick metal sheets.
- The bottom of the sauna heater is made of 3 mm sheet steel
- The ash box is made of 2 mm sheet steel
- The hand-made ash grate is made of 10 × 20 mm square steel
Features:
- Even heating and optimal amount of stones: the heater can hold 100 - 190 kg of stones.
- Fuel reinforced with stiffness elements. Intensive use of such a heater puts a heavy load on its fuel. The fuel of STOVEMAN heaters is reinforced with corners and stiffening edges. The corners also act as fuel cooling channels.
- The combustion chamber. Specially designed curbs and inclined edges in the fuel allow more efficient use of heat energy.
- Strong, raised sole. In order to heat the sauna efficiently, the base plate has ventilation holes through which air enters the stone compartment.
- A large and convenient cleaning opening is located at the top of the heater body.
- Glass door, convenient ash box.
