Harvia LED-SP-WW-5W is a recessed LED light designed for sauna, steam room and steam shower lighting. The 5 W luminaire provides warm white 3000 K light.
The housing is made of AL6063 aluminium, while the front features tempered frosted glass. With an IP65 protection rating, the luminaire is suitable for humid environments. According to the manufacturer, it may also be installed directly above the sauna heater, provided that the installation and temperature requirements specified in the installation instructions are followed.
The LED-SP-WW-5W operates on a 24 V DC supply and supports dimming. It provides a luminous output of 140 lm and has a colour rendering index of CRI Ra >80. A 2 m temperature-resistant connection cable is supplied.
During installation, particular attention should be paid to the permitted temperatures: the manufacturer specifies a maximum temperature of 125 °C at the front of the luminaire and 40 °C at the rear. The required installation cut-out is 68 mm in diameter.
