ELVIONA VELORA is a five-person outdoor hot tub designed for relaxation and water massage. The hot tub features three ergonomic seats and two loungers, providing comfortable space for individual relaxation or spending time with family and friends. The model features two LED-illuminated water waterfalls, adding to the relaxation experience.
The hot tub is equipped with 103 massage jets - 81 water massage jets and 22 air massage jets, positioned in different massage zones. Three hydro massage pumps (two rated at 2.5 HP and one at 2.0 HP) provide water flow, while a 900 W air blower creates an additional bubbling effect. Water massage intensity can be adjusted to individual preferences.
Construction and Thermal Insulation
The hot tub shell is made from USA Aristech acrylic, reinforced with fiberglass. The exterior cabinet is made from weather-resistant synthetic material, while the supporting frame is constructed from grade 304 stainless steel.
Several insulation features help reduce heat loss:
- Nordic double-insulated thermal cover;
- Additional insulation for the hot tub shell;
- Exterior cabinet insulation made from foam and heat-reflective aluminium foil;
- Insulated bottom base with a 5 mm insulation layer;
- Sealed fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) bottom panel;
- An additional 25 mm layer of foam insulation between the hot tub frame elements.
Water Heating and Control
ELVIONA VELORA is equipped with a USA BALBOA control system and a 3 kW water heater. The control panel allows users to adjust the water temperature and operate the main hot tub functions.
Water Filtration
A separate 0.35 HP circulation pump ensures water circulation through the filtration system. The skimmer and cartridge filter help collect and capture mechanical impurities, while the integrated ozone system and UV water disinfection system provide additional water treatment.
Lighting and Comfort
The hot tub features 30 multicolour LED perimeter lights and additional bottom lighting, creating a pleasant atmosphere for evening relaxation. Additional comfort is provided by four LED-illuminated headrests and ergonomically arranged massage zones.
