LedLite 9 is a set of nine LED light points designed for decorative and accent lighting in a sauna. The black fittings can be integrated into wall or ceiling panelling in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
The lights produce warm white light with a colour temperature of 3000 K. The 22° beam angle is suitable for creating focused lighting accents and illuminating selected areas of the sauna interior. Each LED light point requires a Ø 12 mm mounting hole.
The system operates on 12 V DC. The stated power of each LED light point is 0.35 W. The lights are connected to the transformer through the included 16-way connection distribution block.
The connecting cables may be installed between the wooden panelling and the vapour barrier. The English section of the installation manual specifies cable temperature resistance of up to 180 °C.
The transformer and connection distribution block are rated IP20 and must therefore be installed in a dry location or inside a suitably rated enclosure. The LED lights must be installed at least 500 mm from the outer edge of the sauna heater. Connection to the 230 V mains supply should be carried out by a suitably qualified professional.
