Mint essential oil is a concentrated aromatic oil with an intense, fresh and menthol-like mint aroma. It can be used for sauna rituals and for fragrancing the surrounding environment, following the manufacturer’s instructions for use and dosage.
Mint has pronounced fresh and herbal notes, making it suitable for creating a distinctive and refreshing aroma in the sauna.
Use
In the sauna: add the amount of oil specified on the product label to water and mix well. Use the prepared water for soaking sauna whisks or for fragrancing the sauna environment, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Essential oil is concentrated and should not be used undiluted unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Do not pour undiluted essential oil directly onto hot sauna stones, the sauna heater or other heated surfaces.
