Menthol crystals are obtained from mint oil. It is a 100% natural product.
Usage:
- Place a few crystals on the hot stones and pour water over them with a ladle. The sauna will spread an intense, long-lasting aroma that pleasantly refreshes and cools the skin and respiratory tract.
- You can also dissolve several crystals in hot water (crystals dissolve from about 50ºC) in about 4 liters of water and pour on the stones.
Perfect for breathing inhalations.

Important: Very concentrated! 2-3 medium-sized menthol crystals are enough for a sauna of about 4 m2. Higher amounts may irritate eyes and respiratory tract.
