Use
In the sauna: add the amount of oil specified on the product label to water and mix well. Use the prepared water for soaking sauna whisks or for fragrancing the sauna environment, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Essential oil is concentrated and should not be used undiluted unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Do not pour undiluted essential oil directly onto hot sauna stones or other heated surfaces.
