Varnish for sauna walls Tikkurila Supi Saunasuoja. Tool for wood surfaces in wet rooms. Protects against moisture and dirt. Contains anti-mold components. The product is colored according to the Tikkurila stain and varnish color catalog. Contains anti-mold components. The product is assigned emission class M1. Building materials and interior fittings emit a variety of chemicals into the indoor air, and class M1 is a low-emission material. The tool is suitable for use on wooden, fibreboard or concrete surfaces. Particularly suitable for covering the walls and ceiling of a steam room, washroom and dressing room.

Dries in 30 minutes. The next layer can be applied after 2-3 hours. The premises can be used after approximately 2 days. The surface to be painted must be clean and dry, with an air temperature higher than + 5ºC and a relative humidity below 80%.

Surface preparation. New wood surfaces: Wipe off dirt and dust. Lightly dampen with water spray, dry and sand uneven surfaces, wipe off sanding dust.
Old, dirty or previously Supi Saunasoja painted surfaces: wash the surface with Supi Saunapesu and plenty of water, allow to dry. If necessary, sand and remove sanding dust.

Coating. Stir Supi Saunasoja carefully at first, stirring occasionally to ensure that the paint / leveling particles mix well. Dilute with water if necessary. Cover with 2 coats of Supi Sauna Protect wood in the longitudinal direction (one coat is enough in the steam room). The walls of the sauna can be painted and 50% diluted with Supi Saunasuoja, covering 2 coats. When painting with this method, the brush marks on the surface remain minimal. Paint the wooden surfaces in the changing and washing rooms with 2 coats. For the first layer of Supi Saunasuoja dilute with about 20% water.

Test the product on a small wooden board to make sure it is the right shade. The final shade depends on the type of wood, its hardness, its original color and previous paint. Cover the entire surface evenly at once. When working with large areas, cover several boards at once.

Before using the sauna, heat it and ventilate it once. Surface care If necessary, clean no earlier than 1 month after painting. Clean the surface with Supi Saunapesu (ratio: 1-2 dl of cleaner with 5 liters of water). ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WASTE DISPOSAL. Do not empty into drains, water courses or the soil. Dispose of empty, dry product packaging and liquid waste in accordance with local regulations. Protect from frost. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid breathing vapors.

Home delivery prices

The shipping cost throughout Europe is calculated according to the rates set by the courier service. 

Before delivering the goods, the courier will arrange an acceptable delivery time for you by phone (working days Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product specified in the online store.

Collection of goods

When receiving the delivered goods, please, check the condition of the shipment (packaging), make sure that the packaging is not deformed or damaged. If you suspect that the package has been damaged or deformed, do not sign the package documents and return the package to the courier. If the package is in order, then sign the invoice (bill of lading) or other shipment transfer-acceptance document. The signed document is proof that the ordered goods were delivered to you.

When purchasing products longer than 2.4m, the customer may have to arrange for unloading.
 

Returning the goods

We are doing our best to pack goods purchased from us. Unfortunately, sometimes harm might be done during transportation. Even if you do not know if something is damaged or not, it is always good to take photos of arrived package on your smartphone, you will need those in case if any harm is done to the content.

If you can see signs of damaged packaging, please take following steps:

1. Take photos of package and make sure damage is visible.

2. Unpack your order and check if any products are harmed, take a photo of damaged item.

3. If there is a violation, please, inform us via email [email protected]

NB! For all claims of damaged or broken goods, you must make your claim within one (1) working day from the date of delivery. The Company must receive full details and description in written form with attached photos of the damaged goods.

When the buyer refuses to accept delivered goods that are not defective, he must pay the costs of returning the goods to us.
