Honey has long been valued for its natural properties – it helps maintain the skin’s moisture balance and provides a feeling of softness and comfort. In the warm sauna environment, honey becomes more liquid, allowing it to spread easily over the skin and making it ideal for massage.
During the procedure:
- the skin warms up and relaxes
- pores open
- perspiration increases
- the skin becomes fresher and softer
When used regularly during sauna rituals, the skin appears smoother and well cared for.
Directions for Use:
- Before use, it is recommended to keep the mixture in a warm sauna so that it becomes more liquid.
- Apply the honey mixture gently to warmed skin and massage lightly.
- Stay in a warm room or steam sauna for 10–15 minutes.
- Rinse off under a warm shower without using soap or shampoo.
Important Information:
- Do not use if you are allergic to honey or bee products.
- For external use only.
