Custom SPA Project on the Seaside
This unique seaside SPA project showcases a blend of top-tier solutions, meticulously designed for maximum comfort, aesthetics, and functionality. Every detail was given special attention – from careful equipment selection to precise installation works.
A hydromassage pool by the original manufacturer "Jacuzzi" was chosen for this project, with all connection, start-up, and testing procedures completed in full accordance with technical standards. This pool is a symbol of comfort and reliability, ensuring a first-class relaxation experience.
A steam bath has also been installed in the SPA area, featuring advanced technical solutions:

Tempered clear glass door with an elegant elongated handle made from Cedar wood;

Sloped ceiling for improved steam circulation;

Harvia ZG-520 steam nozzle and PEGO ES12N (9kW) steam generator, operated via FCU 5000 control panel with temperature sensor;

Heated lounger program activation;

Installed cold-water faucet;

Integrated ventilation system;

A unique ambiance is created by the “Starry Sky” fiber optic system and color-changing LED lighting. Additional LED lighting is installed under the benches and along the rear wall;

DEVI electric heating is used for benches and floors.

Ceiling and wall paneling made of cedar lattice, with bench elements also from cedar wood;

Electric sauna heater Tulikivi Tuisku Nobile with Harvia Xenio Combi CX110C control and a Harvia 4.5kW steam generator;

In the infrared sauna, comfort meets technology:

Ceiling and wall paneling made of cedar lattice, bench elements from cedar wood, and floor grates from Iroko wood;

Equipped with the “Starry Sky” fiber optic system, as well as custom lighting and ventilation solutions;

Installed EOS infrared heaters and Harvia Carbon heaters under the benches;

Controlled via Harvia Xenio Infra CX36I.
Throughout the entire SPA area, the flooring features natural Iroko wood grates, offering both durability and refined aesthetics.
In the shower area, a professional dousing device has been installed, featuring a stainless-steel tank, discharge valves, distribution branches, and a pneumatic trigger.
An autonomous ventilation system has been installed for the saunas – the Salda Smarty 2X V 1.1 recuperator with an intelligent controller ensures an optimal microclimate and energy efficiency.
