This sauna project is unique in that it combines two types of saunas - a traditional sauna and an infrared sauna.

The greatest uniqueness and advantage of such a sauna compared to others is the many healing properties. The sauna mode can be selected according to the ailments to be eliminated.

The sauna is recommended for athletes or those who are more active physically, because it helps to relax muscles, reduces pain, warms joints, dissolves fat, tones, regulates blood pressure, reduces stress, destroys viruses and bacteria. In the evenings, the sauna will help you to relax, in the morning - to tone the body, prepare it for work.

An infrared sauna heats the body, not the air. During the sauna, metabolism and blood circulation are activated. Rays relieve pain, strengthen the immune system, calm the nervous system, provide energy.

The air quality and the sensations of the sauna are greatly enhanced by the large wall of Himalayan salts. Emitted negative ions enhance health, help to overcome many ailments such as: bronchial asthma, lung and bronchial diseases, postinfarction, hypertension, gastrointestinal ulcers, gastritis, thyroid diseases, dermatitis, various allergies, nervous diseases, helps to overcome stress . Equipment used:

• Electric exclusive design heater EOS Mythos S45 Vapor with steam generator. The heater holds up to 45 kg of jadeite stones. This amount is enough to maintain a constant temperature and enjoy the sauna comfortably. Convenient maintenance - the stones do not come into contact with the heating elements. They can be replaced without removing the stones.
