The thermometer/hygrometer combines good and thoughtful design with precise measurement of the sauna climate. In this way you can always keep an eye on your sauna climate.
HYGROMETER CALIBRATION
If the humidity reading on the device seems incorrect, it can be calibrated using a known humidity and temperature reference.
- Wrap the hygrometer in a damp towel,
- keep it for about 1 hour,
- then, after removing it, adjust the pointer to 100% using the adjustment screw.
Calibration alone is not enough for the hygrometer to show correct readings. The device should be installed at a height of about 1.6 m. If its size allows, it is best to place it 1.5–2 meters away from doors, windows, and a stone-loaded stove. Nearby sources of heat or cold may distort the readings.
