The DM838T is an in-wall music system with a touchscreen and a built-in amplifier. It can be installed in a sauna changing room, sauna lounge or spa relaxation area where the temperature and humidity meet the unit's operating requirements.
Music can be played from a phone via Bluetooth, from a TF memory card or from a USB flash drive. Cards and USB flash drives up to 32 GB are supported. Another music player can be connected by cable through the AUX audio input.
The screen measures 7 inches diagonally (approximately 17.8 cm) and has a resolution of 1024 × 600. The unit's functions are controlled by touching the screen. Music can be controlled in two audio zones, while volume can be adjusted separately in four zones, such as different relaxation rooms.
The music system connects to a network via Wi-Fi or a network cable. The DM838T also supports control through the Tuya app and the connection and control of compatible Zigbee smart devices.
Another amplifier and an active subwoofer can be connected to the music system. The unit runs Android 11 and has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. A clock and calendar can be displayed on the screen.
The music system installs in a recessed wall mounting box. The permitted ambient temperature is 0 to 40 °C, with a relative humidity of 5 to 90 %, non-condensing, meaning moisture droplets must not form on the unit. It must not be installed in a hot sauna room where temperatures exceed these limits.
