Aluminum foil is a strong vapor barrier. Used as an internal barrier in wet rooms, preventing water vapor from penetrating the structure and insulating layers. The material is fastened in the direction of the frames with fixing brackets or nails. To ensure even greater permeability, the foil must be sealed with aluminum tape.
