10 Signs Your Sauna Ventilation Has Been Installed Incorrectly

A comfortable sauna climate depends on more than the heater output or the temperature reached. It is equally important how fresh air enters the room, how it moves between the heater and the benches, and where humid, used air is removed.

Incorrectly installed or poorly balanced sauna ventilation can cause very different problems: some people feel cold around their feet while it is too hot at head level, others find it difficult to breathe, and the sauna may take a long time to dry after use. Some issues become apparent only while the sauna is in use, so they can easily be mistaken for insufficient heater output or inadequate insulation.
