If you want to install two-storey benches, it is best that the upper bench is at least 70 cm wide, but for more comfort, the area of ​​the bench should be about 80 - 100 cm. The lower bench should be narrower and can also be slid under for comfort when standing up. It is very important to note that the tops and supports of the benches cannot be painted or varnished, they should be lubricated with a special sauna oil. When applying for the first time, it is enough to apply one coat, after half a year it should be applied again. If you have cleaned the sauna with chemicals, apply a layer of oil again after all. When choosing cables for the sauna, it is important that they are silicone, heat-resistant and covered with a protective, moisture-resistant cover. Heat resistance should be up to 180 degrees. All appliances should be grounded, and the sauna should have no switches or outlets. If it is not possible to move electrical appliances to another room, they should be placed in a special airtight box. Sauna lights should also be special for saunas: airtight, heat-resistant.
