Wood-burning sauna stove - AVANGARD ZK 40 (P2) Hurricane in a round grid

Avangard 40 is a new cast iron hot storage sauna stove with direct charge heating concept.
The body is modular, assembly is from the bottom up, the modules are connected by a tongue-and-groove system.

The mass of the evaporator in the Avangrad furnace is 62 kg, it is heated by direct contact with the flame. The steam evaporator has 2 surfaces with an increased working area - fire is heated from the bottom, and water is supplied for steam from the top. In order to increase the evaporation area and heat the first layers of stones, tall spikes are thrown over the stove.

A flame diffuser is installed under the heater in 3 stations, which divides the flame into 3 streams and first directs it to the side parts of the body for intensive wall heating and air convection heating in the steam room. For this, there are convection ridges on the outer surfaces. Next, the flame passes through the ledge to the exit to the chimney, heating the heater.

The heater allows the installation of various Hephaestus starter modules together with the gate unit.
