Vöhringer heaters are distinguished by their natural stone finish. The stone finish absorbs the heat of the fire and heats the sauna room for a long time. The surface pattern of each stone is unique, created by nature itself. Professional processing and polishing only emphasize the natural beauty of the stone.
For customers who want to increase the heating efficiency of their sauna, Vöhringer offers a starter chimney "Economizer". The device is designed to quickly warm up the room. In the shortest possible time, the sauna will create an optimal atmosphere for relaxation.
Chimney body - a pipe with a diameter of 115 mm, made of structural steel. Inside the main channel of the chimney, 4 smaller diameter pipes with spiral partitions are installed. After the fire is lit, the gases from the heater enter the original chimney. Inside the "Economizer" channel, the gas is divided into 4 streams. Distributors slow down the movement of hot gases, forcing the flows to pass close to the inner walls of the pipes. As a result, metal surfaces heat up faster and immediately release heat to the air. A damper is installed to regulate draft and ensure the combustion process in heaters and to regulate convection.
Vöhringer steam generation cassettes consist of thin steel plates welded together. The task of these cassettes is to accelerate the evaporation of water from the heater and to extract a large amount of steam. Cassettes are installed in the heater around the walls of the heater and are lined with stones. When building a fire, the steel surface heats up quickly and helps heat the stones. After the water supply, the temperature of the plates is immediately restored.
Due to the frequent change of cold and heat, the stones begin to crack over time, and particles of stone dust enter the sauna air. Steam-generating cassettes help to reduce the load on the stone mass and extend the service life of the stones.
The third advantage of cassettes is complete evaporation of water. The ribbed steel surface prevents liquid from dripping to the bottom of the tank. Absolutely all water entering the heater turns into steam.
"PiF" steam evaporators are devices for accelerated air heating and humidification in steam saunas. Humidification occurs by turning boiling water into steam.
Vöhringer steam evaporators are chimneys with two partitions and double walls. Water is poured into the gap between the outer and inner walls. When burning wood, exhaust gases from the heater rise up the chimney and heat it. The water in the "PiF" evaporator boils and turns into steam, which exits through a special opening.
