We ship goods to all countries of the world, if you do not find the country or city you need when choosing the delivery address, please contact us by e-mail [email protected] or call the contact phone number, the delivery price will be calculated individually.

Delivery is always available.

Delivery time from 1 to 14 working days. In some cases it may be longer, but this is indicated with the delivery time of the specific item. In the case of advance payment, the order starts to be processed when the payment is received.

Home delivery prices

The price of delivery throughout Europe is calculated according to the rates set by the courier service.

Before delivering the goods, the courier will arrange an acceptable delivery time for you by phone (working days Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).


Delivery conditions

The courier will deliver the item(s) weighing up to 31 kg to your door at no extra charge. If you do not order the delivery service of the product(s) in the aforementioned case, the courier will deliver such product(s) to the house specified by you. An employee of the courier service can help you deliver the item(s), but when delivering an item(s) of larger dimensions and/or weighing more than 31 kg, he/she may require an additional payment.

Important! Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product specified in the online store.

The shipping cost will be added to the shopping cart value.


Collection of goods

When receiving the delivered goods, check the condition of the shipment (packaging), make sure that the packaging is not deformed or damaged. If you suspect that the package has been damaged or deformed, do not sign the package documents and return the package to the courier. If the package is in order, then sign the invoice (bill of lading) or other shipment transfer-acceptance document. The signed document is proof that the orderly goods were delivered to you.

Goods are not sent to Neringa for free.


Returning the goods

When the buyer refuses to accept delivered goods that are not defective, he must pay the costs of returning the goods to us.
