Canadian Red cedar shavings

Intended for sauna aromatization.

Usage:

• A few handfuls of moistened chips are placed in a metal sieve on the stones of the heater.
• Fill with hot water.

Attention! Do not put dry chips in the sieve and do not leave them unattended on the heater: dry chips fall through the sieve and can catch fire.

Red Canadian cedar was used for spiritual meditation in the indigenous Indian tribes. It was also used to stimulate the scalp and as a disinfectant.
